Description:

The Social Media and Digital Manager is responsible for continuing to develop and implement specific client's social media and digital strategy across several IHC accounts. This position is the creative outlet for all things trending in social media and digital. They will focus on presence within social media, help ensure a consistent voice across the host of social media channels. This role ensures that all content aligns with the brand strategy and vision, as well as platform best practices. In addition to running social media accounts plus digital marketing, this position will also oversee influencer strategy across their client accounts. The Social Media and Digital Manager will report into one of the two IHC partners, depending on which accounts are assigned. 

Social Media and Digital:

-Manage and run several client social platforms, from creating the overall strategy, to laying out the feed, writing captions and creating dynamic graphics for stories 

-Lead on communication with clients 

-Build, implement and oversee social media and digital strategies with client KPIs in mind

-Lead all day-to-day efforts

-Stay on top of all social and digital trends

-Build creative content via graphics and imagery

-Lead specific influencer marketing initiatives across your client accounts

-Build media and influencer lists 

-Manage and run Instagram and Facebook paid ads for clients 

-Develop relationships with like-minded companies for partnerships and contests

-Set up and manage weekly meetings / conference calls with clients 

-Manage weekly tasks for the account you are supporting 

-Manage and create monthly reports for clients

General:

-Assist with select new business proposals, both creative ideation and writing  

-Support the two IHC partners as needed 

-Assist with the implementation of social and digital best practices

-Develop and maintain good client partnerships

Requirements:

-3+ years of social and digital experience 

-Knowledge of influencer marketing

-Graphic Design skills 

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to work collaboratively across entire team, from interns to senior staff

-Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

-Project management skills that allow management of multiple projects at once, including evolving timelines and priorities

Additionally, having a strong eye for compelling creative and trends is important.
