CLD is excited to announce our upcoming multi-brand event leading up to Coachella and Stagecoach, where we'll be prepping and hosting several celebrities and macro-influencers before they celebrate Festival Season under the desert sky!

The event will host an exclusive VIP guest list, including celebrities, macro-influencers, and media professionals. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at a high-profile activation. What We’re Looking For: If you're an individual who is passionate about event production, brand collaboration, creating memorable experiences, and/or hospitality - we want to work with you! Having great energy, an enthusiastic attitude, attention to detail, and the willingness to become an expert in all trades is welcomed. The event will be taking place at a multi-million dollar estate in Beverly Hills, as well as our headquarters in DTLA from Monday, April 7th to Friday, April 11th.
1. MONDAY, APRIL 7TH, 2025: PREP DAY
Where: On-site at a multi-million dollar estate venue in Beverly Hills, CA
When: 7 am to 7 pm
What: Event setup and production for a celebrity and macro-influencer facing event, merchandising brand displays, inventory management, styling photo ops, running errands, providing administrative support to the lead event producers, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and aesthetic of the venue.
2. TUESDAY, APRIL 8TH, 2025: EVENT DAY
A. SHIFT ONE: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Where: On-site at a multi-million dollar estate venue in Beverly Hills, CA
When: 7 am to 8 pm
What: Event production for a celebrity and macro-influencer facing event, assisting talent with inventory selection and content creation, merchandising brand displays, inventory management, guest check-in, providing administrative support to event producers, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and aesthetic of the venue.
B. SHIFT TWO: 9AM SHARP - 11PM
Where: On-site at a multi-million dollar estate venue in Beverly Hills, CA
When: 9 am to 11 pm
What: Event production for a celebrity and macro-influencer facing event, assisting talent with inventory selection and content creation, merchandising brand displays, inventory management, guest check-in, providing administrative support to event producers, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and aesthetic of the venue.
3. WEDNESDAY, APRIL 9TH, 2025: STRIKE DAY 1
Where: CLD PR Headquarters (DTLA)
When: 10 am to 6:30 pm
What: Post-event production, dismantling signage and backdrops, organizing and storing event supplies, managing inventory and event materials, assisting in post-event reporting, social recaps, recap documentation, and providing administrative support to the lead event producer.
4. THURSDAY, APRIL 10TH, 2025: STRIKE DAY 2
Where: CLD PR Headquarters (DTLA)
When: 10 am to 6:30 pm
What: Post-event production, dismantling signage and backdrops, organizing and storing event supplies, managing inventory and event materials, assisting in post-event reporting, social recaps, recap documentation, and providing administrative support to the lead event producer.
5. FRIDAY, APRIL 11TH, 2025: STRIKE DAY 3
Where: CLD PR Headquarters (DTLA)
When: 10 am to 6:30 pm
What: Post-event production, dismantling signage and backdrops, organizing and storing event supplies, managing inventory and event materials, assisting in post-event reporting, social recaps, recap documentation, and providing administrative support to the lead event producer.While it is not required to work all shifts, working multiple days is encouraged and increases your chances of being chosen for this role.PLEASE NOTE: This is an unpaid volunteer position.
