Job Description

Negri Firman PR & Communications is looking for a Digital Communications Assistant for its New York office, who will report directly to the VP of Communications US and functionally to the Global Digital Communications Director. This position will manage talent, creator, celebrity, and Influencer marketing activities for a group of clients represented by Negri Firman in the US market. We are looking for an ambitious and digitally savvy professional able to successfully combine professional skills.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to

- Work in collaboration with the VP of Communications and the Global Digital Communications Director to develop out-of-the-box strategies and campaigns for Negri Firman clients.

- Daily Digital PR, which includes celebrity outreach and influencer marketing activities, from creation, management to implementation on behalf of assigned clients.

- Searching and selecting new and emerging talents in line with client’s brand values and positioning. Building and maintaining influencer relationships in the USA market.

- Utilizing Lefty to conduct analysis, monitoring, and reports of online campaigns (social, digital influencer campaigns).

- Web listening and monitoring of the brand's online presence (focus on Tik Tok/Instagram).

- Utilizing Launchmetric to manage sample trafficking, sample loans, seeding and send outs.

- Maintain the showroom organization and appearance.

- Develop and update target contacts list in the fashion, lifestyle, art, design, and travel sectors.

- Execute and organize monthly reports for assigned clients.

- Research and identify new tools, techniques, and strategies aimed at promoting clients.

- Work at various events including fashion weeks, press days, and private client events.

- Working on various research projects.

- Participate to strategy meetings and support when necessary.

- Supporting the VP of Communications with daily tasks.  

Skills & Qualifications

- This position requires a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in similar role, either in PR and Communications agencies or in-house in the fashion, design, and lifestyle industry.

- Educated to degree-level. A BA in communications and PR is advantageous.

- Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with others to achieve common goals. Proactive, organised and a team-player.

- You will be a dedicated, multitasked, and proactive candidate who is enthusiastic, works well in a small team and has an interest in fashion PR. 

- Proficient in reporting, analysing, and presenting data on digital communication activities, including media mentions and audience reach, conducting sentiment analysis and assess campaign effectiveness.

- Expert in communications, time-management, and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

- The understanding of the lifestyle brands landscape and medium/long-term relationship with key United States talents, influencers, and celebrity will be considered a plus.
