Requirements:

What You Bring

●    10+ years of PR experience, preferably in an agency setting as a primary client lead

●    Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or a related field (preferred)

●    Proven experience managing a robust client portfolio independently

●    Destination marketing and/or tourism industry experience required

●    Skilled in navigating client crises with calm, strategic leadership

●    Background in travel, tourism, and/or hospitality strongly preferred

●    A love of the PR and travel industries

What We’re Looking For

●    Strong PR strategist with experience developing and presenting standout client programs

●    Proven media relationships and a track record of impactful, well-placed coverage

●    Confident leader with C-suite presence and polished client counsel skills

●    Experience managing integrated campaigns: launches, press trips, media tours, and partnerships

●    Skilled team leader and mentor with experience managing junior staff

●    Budget-savvy with a strong grasp of profitability, staffing, and resource planning

●    Solid understanding of social media’s role in modern PR campaigns

●    Excellent communicator — both verbal and written, with standout pitching skills

●    Natural networker who thrives in relationship-building environments

●    Experience spotting new business opportunities and driving growth

●    Organized, deadline-oriented, and solutions-focused

●    Strong listener who can read the room, understand needs, and respond thoughtfully

●    Able to balance big-picture thinking with strong day-to-day task management

Salary Range for this position: $125,000 - $130,000 + BONUS
