We are currently seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team and elevate our affiliate program to new heights.

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our affiliate marketing efforts. You will work closely with our clients to develop, implement, and optimize affiliate marketing strategies that align with their business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase revenue through key affiliate platforms (e.g., ShareASale, Rakuten, Impact).
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring they are engaged and motivated to promote our products/services.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our network and increase revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with the client’s marketing teams to create compelling affiliate campaigns, including promotional materials, banners, and links.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
• Ensure all affiliate marketing activities comply with industry standards, company policies, and legal requirements.
• Continuously test and optimize affiliate marketing strategies to improve conversion rates and maximize ROI.

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing and growing affiliate programs.
• Proficiency in affiliate tracking software and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliates and internal stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong desire to learn and grow.
