Monitor media trends and media/influencer coverage as directed
Conduct research and build media lists, editorial calendars, awards lists, influencer lists, and more with direction from the account team
Vet reactive media and influencer requests, providing counsel on the worthiness/ROI of each opportunity and whether we should present or pursue them
Gather background materials for press releases, pitches, partnerships, creative ideas, events, and other PR initiatives
Draft the first round of select client blurbs, pitches (reactive and proactive), and press releases
Assist account teams with day-to-day tasks, projects, and scheduling
Assist with creating itineraries and booking travel for media + influencer visits
Provide administrative support such as drafting clip memos and reports, maintaining clip grids and RSVP lists, preparing briefing books, and more
Assist at events as needed Other projects as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or English preferred
PR experience and an interest in travel, food/wine/spirits, real estate, and retail/fashion is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with strong interpersonal skills
Team player, willing to take on any task (large or small) and get the job done
Must be proactive, organized, have strong attention to detail, and be able to multi-task
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
