The primary focus of this role is: strategic thinking, account management, client counsel, profitability, and organic growth, in addition to team oversight and development. This position also begins to take on additional responsibilities for management and growth of the entire PR practice. In this leadership role, the SAD lends expertise and oversees account activity and cross channel communication to ensure operational efficiency to meet both client and agency goals. The SAD is also responsible for budgeting, staffing, resource allocation, new business development and general agency business practices. S/he is also expected to maintain quality control and has a high-level of involvement in agency promotion, agency culture, new business development, proposal writing and presenting on behalf of the agency.

Requirements:
BA/BS college degree in communications or journalism and 8-10+ years PR/related experience with direct travel and lifestyle client background preferred
High level travel/hospitality/lifestyle print, digital and broadcast media contacts
