Description:

Provide strategic direction to clients and team

Responsible for client satisfaction

Maintain client relationships through meetings, conference calls, general contact, meeting agendas, notes, reports, etc.

Oversee account work of one or two people, providing training, coaching, editing, mentoring and overall sound leadership

Secure strategic, strong and consistent media results and measurement Identify strategic pitch angles; execute on own or via team members

Write and edit media pitches, press releases, media alerts, photo captions, etc.

Develop and maintain solid relationships with journalists, bloggers and influencers

Demonstration ideation continually; participate in brainstorms

Recommend and implement strategic campaigns, partnerships, events

Understand social media strategy to provide integrative advice and campaign ideas

Recognize and bring client issues to supervisor’s attention with a suggested solution

Handle minor client issues independently

Perform research and analysis of clients and the marketplace

Stay on top of current industry news, trends and technology; attend events; network

Be a team player, self-starter and passionate about PR

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in related field

Four or more years work experience in real estate and/or travel/lifestyle PR

Desire to grow in real estate and/or travel/lifestyle PR

Knowledge of luxury clients/market a plus

Minimum one year in a supervisory capacity

Proven experience implementing PR campaigns

Ability to adapt to fast-paced, multi-tasking, unique work environment

Proven ability to resolve client issues quickly and efficiently

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Solid portfolio of secured media coverage to include national, magazine, newspaper, broadcast and digital clips (big-picture business placements are a must).

Comprehensive knowledge of the media, including industry-appropriate bloggers and influencers

Comprehensive knowledge of the industry

Working knowledge of social networks (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)

Knowledge of Web design, search engine optimization, and basic HTML are a plus
