-Manage daily activities on accounts
-Serve as day-to-day contact for media and clients
-Write press releases, media alerts, media pitches, advertorials, biographies, newsletters, etc.
-Research and create media lists; handle distribution(s)
-Secure consistent and quality media placements with active pitching
-Handle clips and entering into Quinn’s reporting grid
-Develop and maintain solid media relationships with journalists, bloggers and social media influencers, especially in the real estate, travel, F&B and/or lifestyle realms
-Maintain client relations through meetings, conference calls, events, general contact
-Prepare meeting agendas, notes, quarterly reports, etc.
-When needed, organize (with guidance) and attend events
-Assist with developing strategic and creative PR initiatives
-Perform in-depth research and analysis of clients (audits)
-Monitor current industry news, trends and technology in real estate, travel, F&B and/or lifestyle realms
-BA or BS in related field
-Minimum one year related experience (internship counts) in real estate, travel, F&B, luxury lifestyle or architecture/design PR a plus
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Proficient in AP style
-Proficiency using Cision/Cisionpoint, Lexis Nexis, newswires (PR Newswire specifically), Meltwater, Talkwalker, TVEyes, Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
-Knowledge of of social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) & how they should/can be implemented in PR campaigns
-Events experience a plus (press trips and desksides/source meetings)
