Faena Hotel Miami Beach will officially debut in November and is the first piece of the highly anticipated Faena District to be unveiled. Located in the former Saxony hotel, originally designed by Roy France, it has been beautifully reimagined by visionary Alan Faena in collaboration with Baz Lurhmann and Catherine Martin. The hotel will boast 169 rooms and the top two floors will be exclusive residences. It will also be home to two exciting new restaurants – by beloved South American chef Francis Mallmann and Austin, TX- based phenom Paul Qui, - as well as the 22,000 square foot Tierra Santa Spa, the Theater, and private screening room, all just steps away from the widest stretch of beach in Miami.
Faena District Miami Beach is a new neighborhood with art and culture at its core. Situated on a majestic strip of beach in the heart of Miami Beach, Faena District stretches north from 32nd Street to 36th Street—between the Atlantic Ocean and Indian Creek—and will open in phases over the next three years. It will feature one-of-a-kind cultural, residential, hotel, retail, restaurant, and public environments that have been conceived as dynamic expressions of art, design, nature, technology and service.
