New York-born Apotheke Mixology celebrated the debut of its latest location, Apotheke South Beach, with a series of exclusive opening events offering an intimate first look at the new cocktail destination ahead of its official October 30th opening. Tucked behind an unmarked entrance on Washington Avenue in the heart of Miami Beach’s Art Deco District, the celebrations brought together Miami tastemakers, creatives, and insiders to experience the new outpost, where botanical-infused cocktails, vibrant energy, and a distinctive approach to mixology set the stage.
The festivities kicked off as guests stepped inside the hidden lounge for an immersive cocktail preview to discover its signature Original Formula List, crafted exclusively for Miami. Featuring creations tailored around Health & Beauty, Painkillers, Stimulants, Aphrodisiacs, Euphoric Enhancers, and Stress Relievers, guests received a first-hand experience of Apotheke’s signature botanical-infused approach alongside bites from neighboring Naked Tomato by Chef Eyal Shani, bringing together two of South Beach’s newest culinary and nightlife destinations.
The celebrations culminated with an intimate dinner at Naked Tomato, where attendees enjoyed a curated prix fixe menu highlighting Chef Eyal Shani's modern Israeli cuisine, with each course perfectly paired with one of Apotheke South Beach’s tantalizing Original Formulas. Guests indulged in dishes such as Hummus gargirim, fire-roasted eggplant carpaccio with tahini and tomato seeds, Charred Beetroot with horseradish cream, and Butterfly branzino cooked on a dangerous flame, followed by a spread of Naked Tomato’s signature Shipudim. The evening continued as guests slipped next door to Apotheke South Beach for a private cocktail preview, bringing the three-night celebration to a close with an evening of inventive cocktails and dining.
Apotheke South Beach is officially open, marking Apotheke’s first Florida location and bringing its acclaimed cocktail experience to the heart of South Beach.
