Ilaria Santesso has joined Zegna as Director of Marketing and Events, North America, bringing her experience in luxury brand strategy, global-to-local marketing, communications, and client engagement to the Italian fashion house.

Santesso shared the appointment on LinkedIn, reflecting on her personal connection to craftsmanship and how her childhood experiences around tailoring and handmade shoemaking shaped her appreciation for luxury and quality.

In her new role, Santesso will contribute to Zegna’s North American marketing and events initiatives, working alongside the brand’s team to support its continued growth and brand experience.
