Shamin Abas Associates is proud to share that Porsche Design Concours, a new concept from Newgard Group and Porsche Design of America, has joined its portfolio of clients.

Each destination will be designed in close collaboration with Porsche Design, bringing the brand’s precision, restraint, and material integrity into the architecture and interiors.

Privately owned studios will serve as homes for automotive collections, offering owners a space to work, unwind, and host. The studios will sit alongside a members’ Clubhouse and The Concours, an interior promenade conceived for arrival and display. Planned Clubhouse amenities include padel, spa and wellness, dining, private lounges, and outdoor terraces.

The first locations are planned for West Palm Beach and Dallas, with openings targeted for 2028.
