James Beard Award-winning chef Kwame Onwuachi brought the pages of his new cookbook, ALL HOURS, to life with a one-night-only live show at Lincoln Center Theater, presented by Resy, in partnership with FreshDirect.

Part cooking show and part talk show, the evening saw Onwuachi take on the role of host, welcoming a star-studded lineup of guests including Cynthia Erivo, Anthony Ramos, Questlove, Yvonne Orji, Jameis Winston, Sam Jay, Dustin Everett and more for conversations, games, music and plenty of food.

Among the night's standout moments, Erivo took the stage for a surprise performance of Prince's “Nothing Compares 2 U,” after joining Onwuachi for a conversation about chef-driven cooking and the impact of Wicked. She also stepped into a bodega-inspired FreshDirect installation stocked with some of Onwuachi's favorite ingredients, creating an immersive moment that brought the spirit of ALL HOURS to life. Ramos put his New York knowledge to the test in a pop quiz about the city's history, while QuestLove faced his own round of questions about the history of music.

Throughout the night, Onwuachi used the live format to explore the ideas at the heart of ALL HOURS: food, culture, New York, and the people and experiences that have shaped his cooking. The result was a lively celebration of the cookbook that extended far beyond a traditional book launch.
