Agency Esta adds Bianca Fabian as a Senior Managing Director, Real Estate & Design, to its growing team. Notably, Bianca worked with the agency's founder, Yael Gewant, a decade ago as founding members of Optimist.

Bianca brings more than 12 years of experience leading strategic communications programs across real estate, architecture, design and hospitality. Prior to joining Agency ESTA, she served as a Senior Director at m18 and previously co-founded Command Collective, where she advised a range of leading developers, brokerages, architects and design brands. Throughout her career, she has led communications for some of the industry's most recognized projects and companies, including Extell Development Company, Related Companies, RXR, Hudson Yards and more.

In her new role, Bianca will lead strategic communications for Agency ESTA's real estate and design practice, overseeing media relations, thought leadership and integrated communications strategies for our portfolio of luxury development, architecture and design clients.
