GRAMMY ® nominated and global pop star Zara Larsson is bringing her summer energy and unmistakable sense of style to Depop. Launching today, the global resale marketplace unveils its newest campaign starring the multi-platinum artist in a playful four-part content series directed by acclaimed filmmaker Dave Meyers. Together, Depop and Larsson invite audiences into a world where personal style, creativity and secondhand fashion come together effortlessly.
Built around the idea that life can be complicated, but getting dressed shouldn't be, the campaign blends cinematic storytelling with Zara's signature wit and fashion sensibility. Across four tongue-in-cheek films, everyday frustrations are transformed into playful moments that showcase how easy it is to discover, buy, and sell fashion on Depop.
With styling by Caterina Ospina, make-up led by Sophia Sinot, and hair by Ali Pirzadeh, the campaign was shot in Sweden and draws inspiration from Zara's own approach to fashion: expressive, instinctive and always uniquely personal. The creative reflects the belief that today's most influential style isn't dictated by the runway, but by people remixing eras, references and identities into something entirely their own.
"Fashion has always been one of the ways I express myself," said Zara Larsson. "I love mixing vintage with newer pieces and finding things that feel unexpected. That's why I've always loved Depop. There's something really exciting about discovering an item that nobody else has, and I wanted this campaign to capture that feeling in a way that felt playful, fun, and true to me."
To celebrate the launch, Depop is also introducing The Zara Larsson Edit, an exclusive Depop Shop featuring 20 to 30 pieces curated from Zara's personal wardrobe, alongside upcycled merchandise and other one-of-a-kind fashion finds including designer pieces. Offered at attainable price points, the collection gives fans the opportunity to own a piece of Zara's personal style while embracing the creativity and circularity that define the Depop community.
"Zara has an incredible eye for style because she approaches fashion with curiosity rather than rules," said Steve Dool, Brand and Creative Director at Depop. "Her mix of vintage, emerging designers and personal treasures feels effortless, and that's exactly the spirit of Depop. This campaign isn't just about people mimicking what Zara wears. It's a celebration of the creativity and individuality that comes from discovering fashion that's uniquely your own, and having a little fun with it."
