Intentionality, Mindfulness, and Modern Hospitality: Ember & Vine Opens This Summer in Coral Springs

Intentional where we can be, indulgent where we should be. That’s the driving philosophy behind Ember & Vine, P Hospitality Management's newest restaurant concept opening to the public on Monday, July 27, at 5920 Coral Ridge Drive in Coral Springs. Dedicated to freshness and seasonality, Ember & Vine is a place where "made in-house" is a promise, not a talking point, and a globally-minded palate is made manifest via a menu of shareables and small plates built for any time of day. From a quick weekday breakfast or brunch with the family to post-work pours or a delicious dinnertime rendezvous, Ember & Vine will be a welcome addition to the area, where all-day dining is upscale but never uptight.

"The name Ember & Vine perfectly captures what we're trying to create," says P Hospitality Management co-owner/operator Eddie Pozzuoli. "Ember represents warmth, presence, and time spent gathered around a table with friends and family. Vine represents the foundation, a nod to ingredients that are grown, sourced, and are a reflection of our commitment to quality, seasonality, and the people behind the food and beverage we serve. Together, Ember & Vine defines a restaurant rooted in simplicity and integrity, where every dish is intentional and every moment is meant to be savored. At the end of the day, it's about bringing people together - great food, great hospitality, and meaningful connection, all in one place."

Located in the Sawgrass Center, Ember & Vine was dreamt up, conceptualized, and designed by the seasoned team at the helm – Eddie and his wife/partner, Christina Pozzuoli – to be a polished yet casual spot that helps define a neighborhood, an any-time/any-day destination with an environment that is elevated yet comfortable with a menu designed to please. The menu is still in development, but below are a handful of items guests can expect come opening day:

  • Christina’s Crudité – a colorful, interactive, and true show-stopping dish for the table.
  • Tuna Bombs – fresh tuna, avocado, ginger, sesame.
  • Hearth Bread – Roman-style Pinsa, whipped herb ricotta, local honey.
  • Miso Black Cod with crispy rice, wakame, and sake soy butter.
  • Beef Short Ribs served with scallion pancake, tamari, and sesame.

Adds Christina, “The menu is designed to encourage exploration: order a little bit of everything, pass plates around, and discover new favorites every time.”

Ember & Vine is expected to generate close to 75 new jobs between front-of-house and back-of-house positions and signals P Hospitality Management’s third opening in Broward County: Eddie & Vinny’s Coastal Italian in March 2025, followed by Dear Olivia in August 2025.  P Hospitality Management's other South Florida restaurant destinations are Prezzo Boca Raton, Amante’s in Deerfield Beach, and Eddie & Vinny's Palm Beach Gardens (opening Fall 2026).

Aesthetically speaking, guests can expect a bright, welcoming atmosphere with updated finishes, new design elements, enhanced bar and dining areas, and a layout that encourages social dining. Ember & Vine will offer multiple dining experiences under one roof, including a full-service dining room, a vibrant bar area, flexible seating for groups, and spaces designed to accommodate private events and celebrations. Guests can expect a restaurant that works equally well for a business lunch, date night, family gathering or casual drink with friends. More to be revealed soon.

Ember & Vine will open its doors at Sawgrass Center, located at 5920 Coral Ridge Drive in Coral Springs, on Monday, July 27, 2026. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served daily.
