Muck Rack has launched its latest report titled The State of AI in PR 2026. 

The State of AI in PR 2026 report tracks how AI usage among PR pros has changed since the new tools became widespread. Based on a survey of over 500 professionals, the report examines AI adoption rates, whether workplaces are supporting the new tools, and how PR pros measure the impact of AI.

This year’s report examines how workplaces are keeping pace with AI by deploying training and policies. It also looks at whether AI adopters are integrating agents into their workflow, what parts of their work they see the biggest gains from AI use, and what data they avoid feeding into AI.
