Chef Yosses will share the history of chocolate and sweet facts about the journey from bitter cacao beans to crave-worthy treats, including details of Mayan culture and European adaptation, modern-day innovations, and social changes pertaining to chocolate. Alongside delectable sips and chocolate sculptural decor, Chef Yosses will advise guests on crowd-favorite Holiday recipes.
