What We Discovered This Week

Anyone else turning into an at-home mixologist? This week, we've got more cocktail recipes to try, plus the best digital DJ sets to listen to while you mix it up. When you're ready to wind down, check out the latest wellness rituals we've discovered as well as the virtual tours worth taking.

Wellness Practices

Get spiritual: Experience Palmaïa – The House of Aïa, a new sustainable wellness retreat on the Riviera Maya, is opening its sanctuary to the world via social media to give at-home spiritual advice from its on-site shaman to sooth the mind, body and soul. Shaman Balder has put together tips and practices – from cleansing the home through sweeping and decluttering, to cleansing the mind via self-reflection and meditation – designed to reinstate peace and harmony during this tumultuous time.
