Not looking to stay overnight? The hotel offers plenty of places to dine, grab a drink or hold a lunch meeting. James Beard award winners Tom Colicchio and Keith McNally both have restaurants in the hotel, which open soon. In addition to his restaurant Fowler & Wells and The Bar Room (a more casual bar), Tom Colicchio’s Crafted Hospitality will provide room service and offer event catering. Keith McNally’s restaurant Augustine, his first restaurant in Lower Manhattan, will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner and offers elegant French fare.
