This funky gem is a neighborhood cinema house from 1910 with a beautifully cultivated tropical garden 15 years in the making.

The Mid Century Treetop House is a secluded creative haven that was built in 1949. This unusual mid-century house has 2000 sq. feet of interior space with an additional 1600 sq feet of deck, perched in a treetop view of Benedict Canyon.
