W Communications North America landed in the States and quickly established a reputation as illustrious as that of their UK-based counterpart. The agency blends commerce and culture to support blue chip companies, disruptive brands and innovative start-ups alike. This year saw the opening of a new HQ in Soho, suited to accommodate their doubled headcount in NYC. W Communications expanded beyond the city, and now has hub teams in Austin, L.A, San Francisco, Chicago, Washington D.C and Miami, to best serve their increasing range of landmark clients. Their creative capabilities have grown too, both internally and externally: W Communications partnered with renowned ad agency Adam & Eve/DDB, acting as their in-house PR consultants, ensuring both teams are attuned to delivery of 360-degree integrated campaigns. Particularly notable moments from this year include W Communications’ exceptional campaign for British Airways’ return to transatlantic air travel on both sides of the pond. The team also orchestrated investor campaigns for Cult Wines as well as a sustainable sneaker brand growing in the metaverse – leading them to reach their kickstarter goal in just 90 minutes.
