Brands looking to reach and engage with Gen Z + Gen Alpha go straight to PRZM, a global next gen community and marketing agency with over 1,000 members across 20 countries. A key part of PRZM’s mission is to help bring next gen perspectives to the table to inform how heritage brands, nonprofits and start-ups alike engage with the coming generation of consumers and future leaders. As such, they’ve developed the “PRZM Braintrust” system, which serves as a content newsroom, sounding board and strategic thought partner for clients. This year, they also launched the inaugural issue of PRZM Projections, an annual futures report on next gen trends developed using data and perspectives of over 300+ PRZM community members. One of their most exciting recent projects was a TikTok and Instagram campaign for e-commerce platform Bolt, focused on building community and sparking conversation around the benefits of a four-day work week. PRZM and Bolt developed the #4DWWChallenge, inviting audiences to answer the question: If you had a four-day workweek, what would you do with your extra day? PRZM engaged over 20 creators across backgrounds and specialties to kick off the challenge by showing off their extra-day and encouraging their audiences to #stitch with their own response for a chance to win prizes; overall, the campaign over-performed targeted goals.
