This year, Hustle&Co. partnered with HeadCount to raise awareness for the organization’s voter registration efforts timed to the 2022 midterms – which broke records, registering over 200,000 voters through partnerships with Harry Styles, Billie Eilish, Lizzo, Ariana Grande and more. The team also spearheaded the announcement of SoundCloud’s historic global licensing deal with Warner Music Group, the first major label to adopt SoundCloud’s user-centric payout model Fan-Powered Royalties. Hustle&Co. also worked with Google to increase representation of women of color in the entertainment industry through their partnerships with Issa Rae’s Raedio, Motown Records, Women in Film and the Producers Guild of America. At the end of the day, while the agency is propelling both clients and social good, leadership takes care of their team and encourages the prioritization of mental health and heart on their PR grind.
