Hello Human is a global PR company on a mission to support small-scale creative businesses with services that have traditionally been out of reach. From independent furniture, product and lighting designers to architects and interior designers, Hello Human offers clients a range of incremental options like express one-to-one consulting sessions and full-on PR subscriptions, as well as downloadable resources like The Designer’s PR Starter Kit and The Press Kit Manual. The agency is constantly imagining new ways to provide ongoing PR and communications support, with new membership-based initiatives on the horizon for fall 2023. In addition to supporting small businesses, Agency founder Jenny Nguyen, who is Vietnamese-Australian-American, uses her platform to uplift underrepresented voices in the design industry and create PR opportunities for designers of color. This year, Hello Human had its curatorial debut at Milan Design Week with ‘This is America,’ an exhibition featuring diverse emerging designers, and the agency’s client roster was 83% BIPOC, minority and female-owned businesses.
