Client work aside, to agency founder Reena S. Goodwin, the year’s biggest success is doubling her staff headcount. The remote, all-female team is well taken care of, with mandatory time off, no-meeting Fridays and a professional development stipend. Goodwin also fosters a diverse and inclusive environment, having worked with Hello Seven on DEI training, which informs the entire team’s inclusivity efforts.
