Tiffany Farney founded Digital Thread Consulting in the fall of 2020, asserting her belief that PR pros are in a unique place of influence with a responsibility to create spaces for underrepresented and unacknowledged voices. Today, her team supports art, home, lifestyle and interior design clients across media relations, digital and social media, social responsibility and influencer and event marketing. The year’s successes reflect the founder’s initial mission of creating impact for clients, communities and the art and design industry in positive, meaningful ways. Farney’s team contributed to the success of the Food Network's digital series The Juneteenth Menu (nominated for a Daytime Emmy® Award), and The Black Artists + Designers Guild (BADG) 'Black Joy' lifestyle collection with Pottery Barn, as well as the BADG inaugural Obsidian Virtual Concept House.
