Agency Guacamole has quickly become a go-to agency for beauty and lifestyle brands seeking support across influencer marketing, PR, events and social media – and the past year’s numbers back that up. Staff grew by 50 percent to keep up with new client wins and the uptick in events, and the agency also doubled their warehousing capabilities to fully handle client influencer programs from start to finish. In addition to fostering an inclusive environment at Agency Guacamole, founder Bilal Kaiser launched the annual Beauty, Lifestyle and Nurturing Diversity initiative (B.L.N.D.) in 2018. This year’s event, which focused on ‘Beauty Entrepreneurship as an Entrepreneur of Color,’ was the largest to date, and sold out twice.
