Since launching her company, A Gold Consulting (AGC) founder Ah-Niyah Gold has led brands to CFDA wins, and has also curated impactful Met Gala and NYFW moments, creating space for young talent to exist in spaces otherwise limited to them. Today, she supports fashion, beauty and retail clients across communications, events and press services. A Black woman-led agency, Gold prioritizes the growth and success of emerging minorities in the industry, pushing this narrative internally through internal hiring practices and the clientele ACG represents. Case in point: ACG supported skincare brand Topicals – the fastest-growing skincare brand at Sephora right now – in announcing their $10 million finance closing round led by Cavu Ventures; brand founder Olamide Olowe remains the youngest Black woman to raise this amount. AGC also spearheaded the press for Black Fashion Fair and the launch of their publication supported by Warby Parker, which sold out both digitally and in print that same day.
