“When I first started managing people early in my career, I asked someone who I thought was a good supervisor how she did it. She said: ‘They don't work for me; I work for them.’ That has been my guiding principle ever since. At Quinn we work for each other. We care for, help grow and develop each other. Everyone gets feedback. We have a mentor-mentee program, which means the two people who have been matched mentor each other. My mentee mentors me and I mentor my mentee.”
