The PR Net 100, 2024: Linda Gaunt Communications

Celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, Linda Gaunt Communications (LGC) has a reputation for transforming emerging labels into groundbreaking brands and keeping established fashion and luxury giants ahead of trends. This year, LGC made significant strides with Australian brand DISSH, which sought to launch its US expansion with limited physical presence and brand recognition. The agency executed a dynamic social media campaign and a high-impact showcase at the Mercer Hotel that successfully set the stage for DISSH’s retail stores to open in 2025. Another highlight for LGC was its ongoing 13-year partnership with Todd Snyder; the agency facilitated Snyder’s return to the runway as the opening show and Featured Designer at Pitti Uomo in Florence, marking a milestone for international expansion. Additionally, LGC has also ventured into the wellness sector with a new destination launch and honed its affiliate marketing strategies to drive significant increases in commerce-focused coverage and data-driven results. LGC has also grown by focusing on sustainability, supporting new eco-conscious clients, and helping legacy brands enhance their green practices.

The majority of our team has been with the agency for over 5 years, and the average tenure of our senior leadership is 12 years. A key part of our success in retaining talent is our commitment to nurturing the next generation of talent through internships, mentoring, and promoting from within our own ranks. Having such a seasoned team also gives us a confidence and fluency that breeds trust with our clients. They have faith in our expertise and are more open to taking a leap of faith when needed. Our strong relationships have a positive reciprocal impact on our internal culture, leading to a sense of camaraderie, accomplishment, and impactful results for our agency and our brands.”
