The PR Net 100, 2024: Confidant

Confidant, recognized for its big-agency thinking and boutique agility, has had an impressive year. The agency achieved notable organic growth, driven by efforts from its NYC-based PR studio and Nashville-based creative studio, resulting in its best revenue year to date. Key client initiatives included MadeGood's Back-to-School campaign, which delivered the brand's highest share-of-voice, Shake Shack's Chicken Dance promotion, and Amazon's Delivering the Future global press event, all showcasing the agency's creativity and technological prowess. Additionally, the launch of BARK Air, the first airline for dogs, garnered exceptional coverage. Internally, Confidant expanded its team with four new leadership hires and joined The Nostos Network, enhancing its access to specialized independent agencies and offering clients a comprehensive suite of marketing and tech expertise. The debut of Confidant Allies, the agency's first Employee Resource Group (ERG), marked a commitment to supporting BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ employees. Confidant also recently became a Signatory Plus Member of the Diversity Action Alliance, and continued its DEI scholarship program by awarding its third annual scholarship and internship to a college student.
