What makes your agency a great place in which to work? How have you fostered a positive workplace culture?

“We're nothing without our incredible team. We pride ourselves on listening to their needs to do their job as best as possible while enjoying working every day. We're always seeing how we can continue to foster and cultivate a culture of safety, respect, and collaboration. Since our founding, we have always focused on work/life balance and want to show our team that we value the time and effort they give us and our clients. We have also never shied away from social justice as a core part of who we ‘are’ as an agency.  We are so proud of the culture and environment fostered at ASTRSK over the last decade-plus.”
