Launched in 1996, Novità Communications is recognized for their representation of elite names across the design, architecture, real estate, art, technology and culinary spaces. From media and events to social and brand strategy, the team stays true to their core values of sustainability, wellness, equality and diversity. This year, that looked like new project work for industry leaders Neri+Hu, Lang Architecture and Pininfarina. Novitá also launched the first official America Night during Salone del Mobile, giving brands not showing at the fair – like ICFF, NYCxDESIGN and NeoCon – an opportunity to connect with clients and media during this important design moment. Over the last 12 months, the agency also doubled its social media team, with leadership roles including Angela Staten as VP of Digital Marketing, Katie Bone as Content Director, Alex Inciardi as Community Manager and Maddie Spencer as Digital Marketing Analyst. The team provides strategy, content, engagement, paid ad programs and analytics to clients as well as the agency’s own platforms. Novità once again supported longtime pro-bono client DIFFA’s annual fundraiser, which was centered around the impact of packaging waste.

“In efforts to evolve the digital tools and strategic support of social media growth, Novità partnered with Brandwatch. A comprehensive social media platform, Brandwatch allows content to be uploaded, scheduled and posted across channels as well as provides analytics to help shape and evolve social strategies for clients. In addition, Novità added the Brandwatch Influencer component to help identify influencers, measure engagement and reach for those clients looking to include influencer relations as part of the marketing mix. Given the rapid rise of artificial intelligence in the last year alone, Novità recognizes that when used strategically, tools like ChatGPT can be leveraged for efficiency so that more time can be given to impactful, in-person media relations and strategy. Even key agency resources like MuckRack are embracing AI to better support our best work. We also see the value it holds for basic competitor analysis for brands that trust us to be their eyes and ears as well as for initial research around RFPs.”
