The PR Net 100, 2023: J/PR

J/PR looks after some of the biggest global names in travel, hospitality, consumer lifestyle, real estate and wellbeing – with more on the horizon. In the past year, J/PR notably expanded its client roster and core practice areas. A few highlights: the agency signed their first country client (Panama Tourism), brought on new luxury development and real estate portfolio clients, launched a spirits practice and their UK office alone expanded its client base by 33%. To keep up with new client needs, the agency also expanded their services; J/PR introduced a suite of dedicated video and photography content creation, and has a dedicated team integrating affiliate marketing for clients, including those in the travel and hospitality spaces, where the practice is nascent. As part of their DEI efforts, J/PR recently joined the San Diego Tourism Authority Tourism Accelerator program, which is committed to promoting and growing diversity among businesses throughout the city.

Explain how your agency is pushing the boundaries of PR and communications by integrating innovative strategies, tools, or technologies to enhance your offerings and benefit your clients.

“J/PR does not adhere to a traditional agency leadership structure. While J/PR’s co-founders and executive committee absolutely serve as sounding boards for the direction of the agency, as well as J/PR’s signature approach, the agency itself is committee-led. J/PR has remained committed to the creation of committees and roles focused on what we consider to be the most vital components of the agency’s 18+ years of industry success and continued growth. From the Media Relations Committee, to the People and Culture Committee, to the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, J/PR has put the future of the agency directly in the hands of its talented and passionate team members.”
