The PR Net 100, 2023: BMF

Launched two decades ago, BMF has grown to comprise a powerful team of over 70 employees serving clients from their NYC, Los Angeles, Miami and London offices. Well-known for their creative marketing services including earned media, digital, experiential and creative, the agency stands out in today’s busy marketplace through a curated approach dubbed Experience-Led PR (poised to be its strongest year on record). To successfully offer this robust suite of services, leadership has recruited a best-in-class staff, including this year’s new hires across travel, hospitality, fashion and beauty. Over the past year, BMF re-introduced press experiences within the travel and hospitality, spirits and lifestyle industries. The team also saw success in leveraging synergies across its client roster and practice areas for mutually beneficial partnerships and programs, like this year’s Sunglass Hut influencer event hosted by Second Home.

Has your agency introduced any new service offerings or expanded into new practice areas in the past year? Please provide details and explain the rationale behind these developments.

“While BMF continuously expands its client-facing practice areas, the agency is also committed to growing its staff’s skill set – both personally and professionally. BMF rolled out an agency- wide Learning & Development Committee in 2022, designed to offer insight from key outside leaders in a Q&A format once a month. BMF’ers are encouraged to offer suggestions and areas of interest for this program, and recommend guest speakers. Notable speakers to-date have ranged from CMOs in the beauty space to a public speaking coach, all of whom have guided interactive workshops focused on up-skilling the entire staff.”
