Over the past year, the agency has reached milestones in their DEI and sustainability efforts, plus expanded their offerings to meet changing client needs. The agency has worked to foster a safe and inclusive environment through partnership with companies like Merging Paths, who specialize in corporate training, and guidance from their in-house DE&I committee. In addition to continuing sustainability consulting with clients, Autumn Communications has pledged to plant 100 trees every month in partnership with the National Forests Foundation to offset carbon emissions associated with PR practices. This year also saw the agency launch its affiliate marketing management arm, led by a strategically hired Director of Affiliates, and the expansion of their corporate communications offering – now one of the team’s core capabilities.
