“An innovative strategy Alpha Kilo is adopting is to hire outside of the neurotypical boundaries many companies limit themselves to. Shaking up our recruitment process, we stopped asking for 'attention to detail' or 'spelling and grammar experts' and instead built a team filled with skills such as dyslexia, dyspraxia and ADD, building a neurodiverse skill set and a unique way of thinking. To accommodate the neurodiverse and allow the staff to thrive in the PR environment, Alpha Kilo ensures that it utilizes tools such as Grammarly and more recently Chat GPT to assist with writing and ensure nothing is missed for Alpha Kilo clients.
