The PR Net 100, 2022: The Consultancy PR

A resource for all things home and design, Lauren Urband’s The Consultancy PR grew significantly over the past year, both in terms of clients as well as their LA and NYC-based teams. The agency expanded their roster to include home scenting and beauty/wellness brands, such as Vitruvi, Sangre de Fruta and P.F. Candle Co. In response to the fact that people are continuing to spend more time at home, there is an increased interest in communications campaigns that tap into a design narrative, and TCPR’s guidance have allowed these brands to establish themselves as home essentials – thus increasing their reach and desirability among an aesthetically minded audience. Working with a range of brands across home and design, the agency offers what they call a “whole-home” experience to influencer partners who are seeking best-in-class offerings for their projects. As an example, they enlisted multiple clients across the agency for partnerships within actress Bryce Dallas Howard’s new Los Angeles home, with the final reveal featured as an exclusive in Architectural Digest.

“As the media landscape continues to shift and evolve, TCPR works to ensure our clients are well-informed of the tactics required to maximize their editorial exposure, and our service offerings reflect these incremental needs. With editorial teams placing an increased emphasis on shoppable, revenue-driven content, we enhanced our service offering to include affiliate marketing support through media and influencer relations. Since introducing this new service, we have expanded our relationships and scopes of work with current clients while attracting new business within the DTC and retail categories.”
