M18 has grown its geographical reach, with over 130 clients and working on projects in approximately 30 cities around the world. Their best-in-class client portfolio ranges from large-scale developments in New York, Los Angeles, South Florida and London to representing market-leading hospitality properties in over 20 cities globally. For example, one of M18’s new clients is Borgo Santandrea Italy, the first new luxury hotel to open on the Amalfi Coast in 15 years. M18 opened a Miami office in Spring 2022 to focus on the Florida and Southeast region, which has been growing quickly. The team also continues to expand services to meet new client demand, including social media and digital offerings. Likewise, within their different client practices, the agency continues to broaden their project categories. For real estate, this means condominiums, rentals, commercial, corporate, masterplan and crisis. For hospitality, this means boutique, larger scale, urban, resort, rural, destination and international.
