It hasn’t quite been two full years since Emma Paton launched her namesake consultancy, and she’s already helped launch, grow and scale global names in luxury and fashion. No surprise though, considering her background co-founding Net-A-Porter and leading the US office of The Communications Store (now ScienceMagic.Inc) as president of the agency. This year, Paton’s team supported Mytheresa through various in-person events and multichannel marketing, and she also launched Salt & Snow, a one-stop marketplace that specializes in lifestyle swimwear and winter apparel for outdoor enthusiasts. On the horizon for the firm: working with more beauty and lifestyle clients in Paton’s signature approach that focuses heavily on meeting consumer needs and expectations.
