What was your biggest business challenge this year and how did your team overcome it?
The entire consumer landscape pivoted in Covid. What was a challenge, but also exciting for us as an agency, was creating new programs and marketing tactics to keep our clients' audiences engaged. By creating thoughtful strategies that promote BIPOC creatives, highlighting new and exciting sustainability programs, and creating positive narratives that enrich audiences, all played a part in sustaining us as leaders in the marketing world.
