What was your biggest business challenge this year and how did your team overcome it?
The biggest challenge we faced was in building the VPR team to reflect our evolution in a way that would ensure each person on the team is able to do work they excel at and pursue paths to growth, while also ensuring that Victory is best supported for continued growth. Growth is not easy and certainly doing so during a time when so many people are stretched to their limit is a complication, but navigating this reality and leveraging different strengths where they are needed most is incredibly rewarding.
