What was your biggest business challenge this year and how did your team overcome it?
Shifting to 100% remote working was incredibly challenging. We developed mentor/mentee groups, hired counselors and online speakers to help create better work/life balance habits, and developed weekly Town Hall meetings where we profile various teammates, talk about agency projects, wins, challenges, and more. Our new HR Director conducted an anonymous "employee satisfaction" survey and the Sharp culture and support system has continued to shine through as a major benefit for the agency morale. Our agency mantra is "nothing is impossible" and the Sharpies (as the team calls themselves) fully embrace this and continually strive for excellence. In this unprecedented year, I am incredibly proud of their collaboration and team spirit. Go team!
