Hunt & Gather is a high-touch strategic communications agency that launched in NY in 2014, with subsequent offices opening in London and Los Angeles just a few years last. What was your biggest business challenge this year and how did your team overcome it?
Covid! Keeping our cool while the world was drastically changing was not for the faint of heart. We lost 70% of revenue in the span of two weeks in March 2020, only to have our best year in 2021 by 50% above any other year.
What are you most proud of as a leader?
Building a business that has meaning, and empowers people to be generous. We are very much not a win-at-all-costs environment, but instead one that celebrates differences, family and being decent human beings in the process.
