In January 2021, Hello PR Group launched Hello PR Digital, a new arm offering digital services to its clients, with a focus on new social media platforms. Currently Hello PR Digital works with five of the firm’s existing clients on strategy and implementation of social media programs. This solidifies the leadership team’s dedication to digital services and content creation, especially being able to support clients with new ways to reach not only their current audience, but new customers through social media, digital marketing.

What was your biggest business challenge this year and how did your team overcome it?
Last year, when COVID forced our manufacturing clients to shut down, we were able to keep all of our clients by proactively reaching out to them and reinforcing that we are their partners. We worked with several of them to either increase our scope (at the current retainer fee) to also support internal communications, pivot of strategy and outreach efforts, and in some cases reduced our fees for our clients whose ability to produce and sell was limited during the pandemic. As a result, we are still working with these clients and our relationship is stronger.
