What are you most proud of as a leader?

I am most proud of our team. At the onset of the pandemic, it was challenging all around to figure out new ways of working - communication and collaboration were critical. Our team worked in lockstep to develop unique programs tailored toward each client to make them culturally relevant in the ever changing societal landscape. During such a challenging time, their tireless, results-driven work ethic, level of creativity, collaboration and impeccable client relations, allowed us to come in on top this past year.
