Dallas-based Droese Public Relations is a force beyond the Texas PR scene. Both the firm and key leaders on the team have been recognized for their excellence by local and national authorities alike. Of late, the team has started working on a new collab between Southern Tide and Graduate Hotels, and supported Leatherology’s launch of the Trapunto style; Droese PR has garnered robust influencer and editorial impressions with the Meadow trapunto camel becoming the must-have bag on Instagram. In Fall 2019, the team launched the Perini Ranch Steakhouse brand's second book, with a season full of celebrations that proved successful, as the restaurant itself was able to thrive through the pandemic.

What are you most proud of as a leader?
It’s simple. I’m most proud of my people – my clients who have fought hard to weather these uncertain times, and my industrious team mates who have fought each and every day alongside our clients to ensure that their businesses and brands continue to survive – and even thrive.
While some companies had a lull in their activities during the early days of the COVID-19 crisis, Team DPR worked harder than ever. Just thinking about the hours spent still makes my head spin. It was dizzying! Working remotely from dining rooms, kitchen tables, apartments – even the occasional conference call from inside a closet because it was the only quiet place in the house – the extraordinary Team DPR went above and beyond to produce some of their most creative and best work yet.
The days were long but we lifted each other up daily with Zoom sessions – some with silly themes when we simply needed to lighten our moods to counteract the seriousness of the world. This team stayed optimistic at a time when it took everything we had in us to do so. They confidently reassured our clients on dark days. They tirelessly tracked down editors working remotely to send products and care packages. Together, we celebrated the little wins and even scored some really big ones along the way.
Watching my team take charge and guide our clients was humbling and inspiring. Humbling from the perspective of me being the “Mama Bear,” and they are all my cubs. They make me so proud! And inspiring because I learn something new from them every day. And the best part? We’re only getting better as a team.
