From Stephen Starr and Starr Restaurants, SLIM’S is a steakhouse in Bal Harbour Shops, opened in the former Makoto space. ZIVA, Miami

Bar Susanne, NYC

Located next to the riverfront Cafe Susanne in Williamsburg, Bar Susanne is a seafood-focused restaurant with sweeping waterfront views. Kinda Nice, NYC

Opened by hospitality veterans Patty Dennison and Ally Marrone of Grand Army, the Brooklyn spot pairs playful nostalgia with a serious drinks program and lively atmosphere. Balera, NYC

Caffè Tusk, NoMad NYC

From the team behind BRASS and The Tusk Bar, Caffè Tusk is an all-day European-inspired café and aperitivo bar, completing Nick Hatsatouris’s dining trio at The Evelyn Hotel. Cafe Bar J.F., NYC
Opened in Williamsburg in the former Llama Inn space, Café Bar J.F. is a South American-inspired tavern from restaurateur Juan Correa and chef Francisco Castillo. Jade Rabbit, NYC

Jade Rabbit is a rooftop izakaya located atop the Kimpton Era Midtown, offering panoramic views of Rockefeller Center and the New York City skyline. Lola’s Cocktails and Kitchen, Hudson Valley

Lola’s Café expands to Eastdale Village with its third and largest location to date, a 6,000-square-foot space designed by FW Interiors. A long-standing Hudson Valley favorite, the café builds on its signature all-day menu with new shareable dishes and a weekend brunch program, alongside a full bar offering cocktails, local beer, and wine. The design includes a private dining room for intimate events and garage-style doors that open the space to seasonal al fresco dining.
Maroon by Chef Kwame Onwuachi, Las Vegas

Located at SAHARA Las Vegas, Maroon is an Afro-Caribbean steakhouse from James Beard Award-winning chef Kwame Onwuachi and his first West Coast restaurant. The concept reinterprets the classic American steakhouse through the lens of the Afro-Caribbean diaspora, pairing premium cuts and seafood with bold, spice-driven flavors and live-fire cooking. Pietro’s Trattoria, Lodi

A reimagining of a long-standing Central Valley favorite, Pietro’s Trattoria has reopened in Lodi’s Reynolds Ranch district. The nearly 9,000-square-foot space, designed by Arcanum Architecture with interiors by Jon De La Cruz, is arranged across three interconnected buildings centered around a landscaped courtyard. The design emphasizes indoor-outdoor dining and an open kitchen that anchors the guest experience from nearly every vantage point.
Original Joe’s Walnut Creek, Walnut Creek

The newest outpost of the Bay Area institution dating back to 1937, Original Joe’s Walnut Creek brings the historic brand to Walnut Creek with a refreshed, more contemporary California sensibility. Designed by Arcanum Architecture in collaboration with owner/designer Elena Duggan, the space features expansive patios and layered indoor-outdoor dining that define the brand’s most al fresco-forward location to date.
Meyhouse, San Ramon

Located at City Center Bishop Ranch, Meyhouse expands into the East Bay with a Turkish “meyhane” concept paired with Meyhouse Jazz, a live music venue integrated into the restaurant. Led by Chef Omer Artun, the menu centers on modern Turkish cuisine rooted in Anatolian tradition, with an emphasis on meze, seafood, and grilled dishes in a design-forward setting.
Strāta, San Jose

Strāta is the latest concept from M.O. Hospitality, centered on a rotating, seasonal California menu that evolves every six to eight weeks.
